Columbia river trip. 

We counted 42 Waterfalls by the end of the trip. we stayed at the Embassy suites near Portland.

The hotel is hollow inside is a huge courtyard with koi ponds and waterfalls.

The fish hatchery near the Bonneville dam, some huge sturgeon.

The trout ponds were teeming, and some really big trout actually, fun because you can feed them though.

But the waterfalls are what we came to see, and we were not disappointed, with the recent rains they were running full and roaring!.

And  heading home down the sunset highway. quite an adventure to wrap up February .
